Depending on the scope of the project, many clients choose to continue from the design phase through to project management service where we enact the design plans and supervise the construction phase of the project. Project management includes key services such as full-time on-site supervision, managing the execution of local and parish inspections, and obtaining the necessary Certificate of Occupancy. We ensure that every step of the proposed project, from mobilization to material procurement, runs smoothly. This includes the logistics of ordering and placing materials, managing third-party contractors, and negotiating timelines and services. Throughout the process, LRM Design acts as a mediator between the client and artisans, safeguarding clear communication and quality results.
